Work Floor Design

Our well designed and spacious centers ensure smooth operations. Firstsource facilities have ergonomic furniture, ideal acoustics and illumination levels, comfortable recreation and rest areas. Facilities have multiple back ups through UPS (Uninterupted Power Supply) systems and diesel generators. Training facilities have been built in keeping with the overall contact center design.

Security Measures

Strict and tamperproof security measures allow only authorized employees access to our centers. Video surveillance and security guards are stationed at all crucial locations to prevent security lapses.
