Puneet began his career at Firstsource in 2002 as Team Leader, Operations. He was responsible for motivating his team and acheiving team targets. His performance got him promoted to Assistant Manager, Operations which helped him broaden his perspective of looking at organizational goals and creating action plans.

As Manger, Operations he contributed in improving client satisfaction and was instrumental in initiating certain bonus sharing incentives in the organization, leading to enhanced employee satisfaction.
Now DGM, he is responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets and identifying growth opportunities.
